Cancellation Policy

Service & Liability Policy M&M PowerCleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, oxidation, failed paint, loose surfaces, or fragile materials. Some stains (oil, rust, red clay) require additional treatment and may not fully remove. Results vary based on surface age, material, and condition. Cancellation / Reschedule Policy Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a $25 fee. Weather-related rescheduling will not incur a charge. Property Prep Policy Customers must remove vehicles, furniture, décor, and fragile items from work areas before service. M&M PowerCleaning is not responsible for moving items or damages caused by items left in the work zone. Water Access Policy Customer must provide access to an outdoor water spigot unless otherwise discussed. If water is unavailable, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Payment Policy Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and digital payments. Invoices unpaid after 24 hours may incur a late fee. Surface Safety / Chemicals Policy Our cleaning methods are safe for most surfaces; however, older or damaged surfaces may react differently. We will not be responsible for paint oxidation, etching, or discoloration caused by pre-existing conditions. Weather Policy Weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety and optimal results. We will notify you as early as possible if adjustments are needed. Satisfaction / Touch-Up Policy If you have any concerns about your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address them promptly. Touch-ups are handled on a case-by-case basis. Damage Reporting Policy Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. Failure to report within this time frame limits our ability to investigate the issue. Add-On / Stain Treatment Policy Specialty stains such as rust, oil, and red clay require advanced chemical treatments and may not fully remove depending on surface age and severity. Add-on pricing reflects additional time and material required.
